The manicure business is bringing in less and less income.
This is why there are fewer and fewer studios in Russia that do nails.
This is the conclusion reached by the authors of the material for the Kommersant magazine.

It is noted that the cost of manicurist services has increased by almost 12% over the year. Therefore, now one has to pay about 2.5 thousand rubles for one visit.
The second reason is the trend towards everything natural. So-called "naked nails" are in fashion now, that is, when clients simply go to a salon for hygienic care or do beauty treatments at home.
The experts interviewed also said that there is a shortage of professionals in this field on the Russian market, since foreign specialists are not interested in low wages in the Russian Federation and are leaving.
Local specialists, however, most often do not experience an urgent need to earn money and simply give up their unprofitable profession.
The increase in the key rate also affected nail salons, as people preferred to put extra money into bank accounts instead of saving for beauty treatments.
