Deputy head of the administration of Vladimir Putin commented on the financial situation of Russian citizens.
As Maxim Oreshkin noted, there is no place for cheap labor in the Russian economy, so all people can count on decent wages.
The government representative made this comment at the “Productivity 360” forum, RIA Novosti reports.
According to Oreshkin, recently one can often hear talk about the fact that there is a serious shortage of personnel in Russia.
However, in reality, the expert believes, the problem lies primarily in the lack of management competencies demonstrated by managers of various organizations and companies.
He reminded that wages have already increased and will continue to increase. This means that businesses need to increase labor productivity in order to maintain business margins.
It is necessary to value human resources, which are only becoming more expensive, and to increase labor productivity in order to achieve the necessary results.
