First of all, inflationary pressure remains. In addition to these processes, the exchange rate is affected by payments to the budget and oil prices.

“There are many factors of a seasonal nature,” the head of state emphasized.

He added that the situation with the ruble has been brought under control.

According to the president, there is no reason to panic.

By November 28, the dollar exchange rate in Russia reached 108 rubles. Meanwhile, the European currency rose to 113 rubles.
