Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov commented on the EU decision on the management of companies.
Russia will draw conclusions in response to the EU's application of the "50% rule".
The assessment is being carried out at the government level, RIA Novosti reports, citing Peskov.

He explained that the Kremlin will draw conclusions based on these results.
Previously, the RELEX group, a body of the EU Council, clarified the criteria for determining the ownership of a company.
The new rules mean that ownership of a company is possible if a sanctioned person owns 50% or more of the capital.
Previously, there was talk of ownership of more than 50%.
The EU document on restrictive measures states that the shares of sanctioned persons in a company will be added up when determining ownership.
The US Treasury Department adheres to a similar principle when determining the ownership of organizations of persons under sanctions.
