Experts have found out how much it will cost Russians to build their own home.
The average cost was determined by analysts from DOM.RF and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
The results of the study state that the construction of a “warm circuit” for a house today costs an average of 54–57 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m, writes Rossiyskaya Gazeta .
The “warm contour” of a house is understood as a stage of construction when work can be suspended for a long period without damage to the erected structure.
“Cold contour” (without windows and doors) costs 42-45 thousand per square meter.
If we are talking about construction with finishing, then in this case customers pay 74–77 thousand rubles.
On average, building a 111-meter country house costs Russians 6.1 million rubles.
Most often, Russians build houses from wood or concrete, less often from brick.
As for construction technologies, block and frame construction are in demand.
On average, a private house in Russia is built in 3–4 months.
As for footage, the most popular options (35%) have an area of 81–100 sq. m. 28% of customers build houses from 101 to 120 sq. m.
