The Central Bank's December report emphasizes that some companies, given the growing intensity, are switching to a six-day work week and attracting students.

Working on weekends, extra days and night shifts is paid at a higher rate.

In Russia, the shortage of qualified personnel has reached 1.5 million people. This issue is especially relevant in the construction and transport industries.
