The Central Bank noted that there are difficulties with their implementation and the risk of secondary sanctions.
Elvira Nabiullina emphasized that there is a need for Russian goods abroad. However, the main problem with payments arises, which must be resolved promptly.
According to the head of the regulator, the Central Bank is waiting for companies to submit proposals on how to make payments.
And this must be done so that those foreign countries that need Russian products receive them as quickly as possible.
