The head of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights, Valery Fadeyev, named the conditions for the arrival of migrants in the Russian Federation.

In his opinion, labor migrants should come to Russia only at the invitation and under the responsibility of the employer.

In the event of a breach of contract, migrants must be expelled from the country, Fadeyev emphasized in a conversation with RBC .

Migrants wishing to become citizens of the Russian Federation must be subject to strict requirements.

Fadeyev called for maintaining the strictest requirements for issuing passports to labor migrants.

In his opinion, Russia needs people who are ready to live together with Russians, and not those who organize villages in cities.

Fadeev noted that previously, Russia handed out millions of passports to migrants, but now they have to deal with problems at school.

He stressed that Russia does not need people who do not speak Russian or barely speak it.

Moreover, in Russia they do not know the exact number of labor migrants needed by the economy.
