In an attempt to save money, people make mistakes that only increase the growth of additional and unnecessary expenses.

The popular wisdom “a miser pays twice” is based on the mistakes that people make to this day.

Financial expert Galina Morozova spoke about them, reports Rossiyskaya Gazeta .

There is no point in saving on health. All diseases are treated easier and cheaper at the initial stages than in advanced cases.

Buying only cheap things is also not the best option. For example, there is a high probability that budget shoes will wear out faster, require repairs, or simply acquire a bad appearance.

More expensive models will last longer, so the question of buying shoes will disappear for a long time.

The expert recommends paying close attention to all discounts. A product bought at a bargain price may turn out to be of very poor quality.

In some cases, public transport is better than using a personal car. For example, in bad weather, you can lose a lot of time in a traffic jam and increase your fuel costs.

Work that requires experience, knowledge and training always costs money. That is why many Russians try to do without the services of specialists. About 70% do repairs themselves.

Mistakes in such cases not only lead to additional costs, but can also cause claims from neighbors (flooding, fire, etc.).
