For 14 years, he has been the head of an organization that helps children with disabilities, in particular with cerebral palsy. He develops systemic projects in the charitable sector - systemic internal programs that are aimed at supporting children physically and psychologically; systemic programs aimed at attracting attention to charity in general.
The organization's staff includes rehabilitation specialists, psychologists, and exercise therapy specialists. All of them jointly participate in solving issues related to each child under their care, and develop a route for the rehabilitation process.
In 2018, a large-scale project was developed that united large, medium and small businesses and a charitable foundation to attract attention and donations to the foundation’s programs.
Before the non-profit organization was established, Nadezhda was on maternity leave.

He implements the acquired knowledge in the organization's work processes. In his free time, he is engaged in the restoration of the temple, and is interested in the topic of restoration and reconstruction of buildings erected in pre-revolutionary years.
