Are you tired of throwing away every second berry?
It turns out that worms in raspberries are not a death sentence, but the result of your own mistake
EcoGardener magazine conducted an investigation: 80% of gardeners do not even know where the raspberry beetle larvae are hiding.

The famous ecologist Grigory Potapov , the author of the method “Organics without pests”, stated
"These worms can be defeated in three days if you hit their weak points."
Anna from Tyumen shared in the group "Berry Paradise":
“After this method, the raspberries became clean - children eat them straight from the bush!”
The first step is to find a "nursery". The larvae overwinter in the soil at a depth of 5 cm. Dissolve 3 tablespoons of soda in 10 liters of water and pour the soil under the bushes.
An alkaline environment will destroy up to 70% of pests without affecting beneficial bacteria. The second secret is "night hunting".
The raspberry beetle is active after sunset. Turn on the flashlight, lay a white cloth under the bush and shake off the pests. Repeat three nights in a row - the method is approved by the All-Russian Institute for Plant Protection.
The third life hack is planting marigolds between the rows. Their roots release thiophene, which paralyzes the larvae.
Research from Wageningen University (Netherlands) has confirmed that this flower reduces pest populations by 45%.
For emergencies, prepare a "hellish mixture": 100 g of tobacco dust, 50 g of mustard powder and 1 liter of whey. Spray the bushes before flowering - the smell will scare away the females laying eggs.
But the main thing is never leave fallen berries under the raspberry! They are the "maternity hospital" for new generations of worms.
Sergey Novikov , owner of an organic farm in Crimea, advises:
"Collect the harvest in containers with a thick bottom - immediately bury fallen berries to a depth of 20 cm."
And forget about nitrogen fertilizers! Overfed bushes become a "restaurant" for pests.
“Raspberries with worms are not the end of the world, but a cry for help,” writes agronomist and entomologist Lidiya Zakharova in her blog.
Try these methods - and in three days you will be surprised where all the "uninvited guests" have gone. And the neighbors will begin to suspect that you bought the berries in the store.
