Get strong pepper seedlings twice as fast: use a clever trick from experienced gardeners

A simple technology of inventive summer residents will help to grow enviable pepper seedlings.

On average, in three weeks you can get luxurious young plants, for which you only need to prepare cups.

Expert of the online publication "TUT NOVOSTI", agronomist Anastasia Kovrizhnykh told how to quickly grow seedlings.

First, prepare a transparent container. A plastic bottle cut lengthwise will also work for this.

Place 4 layers of toilet paper or a layer of unfolded napkins on the bottom. Then pour some water in there to wet the paper.

Next, spread the seeds on the surface. They should not be completely in the water. Also, there is no need to cover them with anything on top.

But the container or bottle itself needs to be tightly packed in a bag and placed on the radiator.

But before this, you should put a towel folded several times under the tray. This will prevent the seeds from "cooking".

In about a week the seeds will hatch. Then place the tray on a warm and well-lit windowsill.

Check the paper once a day to see if it has dried out. Add water as needed.

After 14 days, you will have healthy and strong seedlings. At this stage, young plants need to be transplanted into 450-500 ml cups.
