No matter what your climate, you can grow a lemon tree indoors and get your own homegrown lemons.
Growing lemons is not difficult if you choose the right tree and arrange care to meet its needs.
First, choose a dwarf lemon variety that is better suited for indoor growing.

Secondly, citrus trees need a lot of light. Therefore, they should be located in the brightest place in the house. In winter, they will need additional lighting.
Dry winter air is harmful to the plant. Therefore, spraying and humidifying the air will be required.
The room temperature should be above 16 degrees even in winter.
The lemon tree will also need a good pot with a hole in the bottom. The best option would be a clay, ceramic or plastic pot with sufficient drainage.
Well-drained soil for lemon will also be crucial. For indoor lemon, use a slightly acidic soil mix based on loam.
Place the grown lemon tree near a south-facing window with good air flow.
