Save Your Garden 3 Mistakes Beginners Make That Will Cause Your Harvest to Never Survive Until Autumn

The vegetable garden beckons with the promise of fresh vegetables and bright flowers.

Beginners grab their shovels full of enthusiasm, but by autumn they often see only withered leaves instead of a rich harvest.

Three common mistakes ruin all your gardening plans. They are easy to avoid if you know where the dangers lie.

Poor watering

The first problem is related to watering at random. Some people water their plants to the point of swamping, while others leave them to dry out in the scorching sun.

Both approaches destroy the roots, because plants prefer stability.

Morning or evening watering with warm water solves this problem.

Planting density

The second mistake is to fit too tightly.

Seedlings placed close together prevent each other from growing, and instead of fruit, only yellow leaves appear.

Poor soil

The third problem is in the soil. Poor soil is not capable of producing a good harvest unless it is at least fed with compost.

Fixing the situation is easy: Check the soil moisture with your finger, give the plants enough space, and add nutrients to the soil.

Then the garden will delight you with abundance, and autumn will bring a reason for pride instead of disappointment.
