The US President has put forward a number of proposals to reform the American Supreme Court.

According to the President, the introduction of this law will show everyone that a person cannot be immune from prosecution for crimes committed during his term in office.
Joe Biden also intends to advance another proposal. It concerns rotation in the US Supreme Court.
According to the head of state, the president should have the right to replace one of the nine supreme judges every two years, and also make it possible to elect judges for a term of up to 18 years. Currently, their term in office is not limited.
The third proposal includes the introduction of a single code of ethics for all members of the Supreme Court. These rules would be mandatory.
