In Chechnya, they came up with an unexpected proposal regarding the teaching of Darwin's theory.
The former prime minister believes that schoolchildren do not need to study this subject.
Muslim Khuchiev made this statement during the first meeting of the All-Russian Parents' Committee, reports an RBC correspondent.

As Khuchiev emphasized, Darwin's theory runs counter to the dogmas of faith, and therefore is erroneous. According to the politician, all religions have already recognized the invalidity of the conclusions made by the scientist in 1871.
By teaching it in schools, the state is directly involved in and contributes to the spiritual decay of the younger generation.
In connection with this, the politician called for drastic measures to be taken and for it to be removed from the curriculum.
The former mayor of Grozny and former prime minister of Chechnya, Khuchiev, approached the Minister of Education, Sergei Kravtsov, with this proposal.
The Minister of Education has not yet given his comment on the proposal made by Khuchiev.
