On the social network X, the politician wrote: “We need to kill the European Union, which is violating its own agreements and principles.”
According to the leader of the Patriots, the association wants to drag its own members “into war.”
Harsh criticism
Filippo also called for the European Union to be "consigned" to the "dustbin of history" in response to the boycott of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's peace ideas.
According to the politician, the steps taken by the union's leadership are extremely harmful for EU member states.
Earlier it was reported that the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen intends to turn the EU into a defense faction.
