Russian businessman and Telegram founder Pavel Durov is currently in prison in France.
According to local investigative authorities, Durov knew that he was wanted in France.
The police explained: "The detainee arrived on a private plane from Baku to Paris. He was accompanied by bodyguards and an assistant," as reported by RIA Novosti .

It is indicated that Durov planned to spend on average approximately one evening in Paris.

As the French press noted, France accuses the founder of Telegram of inaction.
In particular, Durov refused to allow authorities to moderate, and he also did not cooperate with the investigation regarding the actions of the attackers in Telegram.

As the investigation reported, the businessman faces a long prison term and may be charged with terrorist acts, among other things.
