On August 28, the famous actor Jackie Chan will carry the Olympic flame.
This information was shared by the RMC Sport publication, which referred to information provided by the event’s organizing committee.
The famous American and Chinese actor are set to be included in the list of those who will carry the Paralympic flame.
According to preliminary information, the celebrity will arrive in Paris on the opening day of the sporting event.
At 17:27 local time (18:27 Moscow time), Chang will depart from Vieille Temple Street, located in the 3rd arrondissement of the French capital.
The opening ceremony itself will take place at 20:00 (21:00 Moscow time), the Champs Elysees has been chosen as the venue for the opening ceremony.
Let us recall that Russian athletes can take part in Paralympic competitions only in neutral status. Medals won by athletes will not be counted in the overall standings.
