The plane went missing back in September 2023. The place of disappearance was listed as the North Sea, an area between Norway and the Shetland Islands (Scotland).
The aircraft itself was registered in Germany.
For more than twelve months there was no information about what happened to the plane.
It has now been revealed that the aircraft has crashed. The plane was found near Lerwick, which is considered the northernmost town in Scotland.
The plane was pulled out of the water with the help of a fishing vessel.
The competent authorities intend to conduct an investigation and establish the causes of the incident and other circumstances.
