The court considered the case of a married couple from Switzerland.
They are accused of sexual sadistic abuse that violates the rights and freedoms of citizens.
The couple lured girls on the Au Pair program to their home in Switzerland, the Mirror reports.

They tortured them for several months.
The couple kept two women in cages. One of them, a Filipina, was 22 years old, the other, a Brazilian, was 30 years old.
The women were locked in a small, windowless cage for up to 15 hours a day.
It took place in a house in Andelfingen, near Zurich.
The middle-aged man and his wife promised the women a residence permit in Switzerland and training in their chosen professions.
The victims were regularly shackled with handcuffs, leg irons and a belt.
The young women were also forced to do housework. On their days off, they remained in the cage.
The detained man is accused of human trafficking, deprivation of liberty, document forgery, aiding and abetting and illegal employment of foreigners.
The prosecutor requested a partially suspended prison sentence of 36 months for the accused.
He only needs to serve nine of them, as he has already spent five in custody.
The man was also ordered to pay the two women 16,000 francs in compensation.
His wife, a Filipina, could be forced to leave Switzerland and face a nine-month suspended sentence for aiding and abetting.
