A 38-year-old Swiss model and businesswoman became a victim of a cold-blooded sadistic husband.
Miss Switzerland 2007 beauty pageant finalist Kristina Joksimovic was murdered by her husband Thomas.
She died at the hands of her husband back in February 2024, but only now have details of what happened begun to emerge, writes the New York Times .
The woman's remains were found in her home. The murdered woman's husband was the prime suspect from the start. But he claimed that he had found his wife dead and had tried to get rid of her body in a panic.
After some time, he finally confessed that he killed Christina, but stated that she was the first to attack him with a knife, and he was simply defending himself.
But the examination showed that the man was lying. Specialists established the entire list of tools that he used to dispose of the victim's body.
The evidence included a jigsaw, garden shears, a knife and a blender. Thomas also got hold of a chemical solution and tried to make it look like his wife had simply disappeared.
The murderer was described in court as cold-blooded and completely incapable of empathy. In addition, it is stated that he periodically beat his wife.
Joksimovic raised two daughters, trained models for beauty pageants and owned a business in this field.
