This was reported on Monday on the Telegram channel of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kuban.
The investigation was organized after the Beloglinsky District police received a corresponding report about the incident.
A concerned citizen reported an incident of cruel treatment of an animal, which was recorded on a video he saw on the Internet.
It is noted that the identity of the teenager who killed the animal on camera was eventually established. It turned out to be a 14-year-old girl.
According to the teenager, she found another girl on the Internet and became friends with her. The new acquaintance, as a sign of friendship and loyalty, offered her pen pal to kill an animal.
According to preliminary information, the juvenile offender used a knife.
The police are investigating all the circumstances of the incident. Based on the results of the investigation, it will be determined what measures will be taken against the teenager.
