As RIA Novosti was told by law enforcement agencies, the amount of the claims is estimated at more than 30 billion rubles.
It is noted that the latest claim for 51 million rubles was registered on September 3. All claims against the company concern failure to fulfill obligations under construction contracts.
The accounts of ERSM Siberia have been frozen; the company owes 270 million rubles in taxes to the state.
It is specified that Roman Bezrukov, who is the head of the above-mentioned company, has been detained. A criminal case has been opened against him under the article on theft of funds.
According to investigators, ERSM Siberia entered into an agreement with the Russian Ministry of Defense for design, survey, construction and installation work at the communications control center in Khabarovsk Krai.
However, Bezrukov, under the guise of purchasing construction materials, withdrew approximately 2.5 billion rubles, without intending to fulfill his contractual obligations.
