As a result of a traffic accident on a highway in the Nizhny Novgorod region, five people were injured.
An accident involving eleven cars occurred near the village of Stroiteley.
Traffic police officers and the fire and rescue unit began working at the scene of the incident, according to a message from the Telegram channel of the regional Emergencies Ministry.
One unit of equipment and three firefighters are involved in eliminating the consequences of the accident.
Some of the fuel was washed off the roadway, but one lane of the Moscow Highway towards the region is still closed.
To avoid the accumulation of cars on the road, reversible traffic has been organized.
