The Sverdlovsk prosecutor's office has released information that a criminal case has been opened regarding the murder of a child in a foster family in Yekaterinburg.
It is emphasized that law enforcement officers approved the indictments and sent them to the court.
Regional investigative bodies have ruled that the adoptive mother of the murdered man beat her adopted son, who was alive at the time, from December 2019 to December 2022, as reported by RIA Novosti .
The woman beat the child out of personal hostility “due to his nationality.”

It is also emphasized that the defendant in the criminal case used torture against her stepson and did not let him go outside.
Subsequently, the criminal committed illegal acts that led to the boy’s death.
From January to June 2023, the woman, having concealed information about the death of her stepson, illegally received preferential payments for him in the amount of over 119 thousand rubles.
The defendant is accused of committing multiple criminal offenses.
