A resident of the Vologda region shot a child in the stomach. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region.
This incident occurred in the evening in the village of Chaevo.
It is noted that a 12-year-old child was in the specified location. Soon, a drunk man noticed him, after which he decided to shoot the boy.
According to the department, the child suffered an abdominal injury and required medical attention.
It was also noted that during interrogation the man explained his misconduct by saying that he was irritated by noisy teenagers.
It is added that the man is under arrest and will soon be charged.
