During the flight, a suspicious object was discovered on board, which outwardly resembled explosives.
The crew decided to make an emergency landing.
The dispatchers at Koltsovo Airport (Yekaterinburg) gave permission for landing and the plane landed at approximately 17:00 Moscow time.
It is known that the plane departed for Russia from Bangkok, but it is not specified where exactly it was heading.
