The participants in the fight turned out to be two Chechens, who, according to Alaudinov, have already been detained.
According to him, the men were arrested for 2 months and face up to seven years in prison.
The general clarifies that Dagestanis took part in the fight, but they are witnesses in this case.
As reported by the media, the Chechen wanted to meet a girl who was in the company of her boyfriend and friends. The conflict occurred near one of the cafes in Anapa.
Later, information emerged about one of the Dagestanis who took part in the brawl.
It turned out to be a 28-year-old man who said that he tried to separate the fighters, but was hit in the back and then he responded to his attacker.
