A girl from Anapa who plunged a knife into the chest of her three-month-old son was convicted.
The woman was sentenced to ten years of imprisonment, which she will have to spend in a general regime penal colony.
This was reported on the Telegram channel of the united press service of the courts of the Krasnodar Territory.
The woman was found guilty of murder and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Circumstances of the case
The murder of a three-month-old child occurred in August 2023.
It is noted that the woman decided to commit suicide, in connection with which she first decided to deal with her three-month-old son. She believed that after her death, no one would need the minor.
However, the woman only managed to plunge a knife into her son's chest, after which the woman's parents, to whom she had sent a suicide note, burst into the apartment and did not allow her to carry out her plans to commit suicide.
Unfortunately, the baby died as a result of the injury.
