A Dagestani woman who received severe burns as a result of a gas explosion in a private home in the village of Achisu died in hospital.
A resident of Dagestan who lost her husband and children in September did not survive.
Doctors fought for her life for almost two months, but were unable to save her, RIA Novosti reports.
Gas explosion
On September 22, a private house caught fire in the village of Achisu in Dagestan due to a gas explosion.
A seven-year-old boy died on the spot, his father and sister died in the burn center of the Republican Clinical Hospital. And the woman, who received severe burns, died 50 days later.
Investigators have launched an investigation into the case under the article on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements.
The investigation revealed that the day before the tragedy, employees of the resource distribution organization were replacing a gas distribution cabinet in the village of Achisu.
An undetected gas leak in the house resulted in an explosion and subsequent fire.
