As a result of the brawl, the troublemaker bit off part of the young man's ear.
Law enforcement officials explain: "The suspect did not like the tattoo on the student's face. The criminal admits his guilt and repents of his actions," as reported by TASS .
It is reported that this incident was recorded in the Kurchatovsky district.

According to law enforcement officials, the perpetrator is a man born in 1989.
