An incident that occurred in Krasnodar has become known.
A fighting dog attacked a woman who was riding in an elevator with her daughter.
The regional department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported this on its official website .
As specified in the department's material, the incident was first reported on social networks. The attack took place in the presence of an aggressive animal.
As the investigation learned, a woman in black entered the elevator of one of the apartment buildings, leading a fighting dog on a leash. However, the animal did not have a collar.
This situation frightened the woman with the child, who hid her daughter on her back and asked the dog's owner to come out or let her out.
However, this did not happen, and after exiting the elevator, the aggressive animal attacked the woman. It is noted that the dog's owner did not take any measures to stop the situation.
The child was not hurt, but his mother was. In connection with this, the Investigative Committee opened a case under the article on causing serious harm to health through negligence.
