Circumstances of the case
According to law enforcement agencies, the incident occurred during the consideration of the merits of a case regarding a conflict between children.
The 12-year-old victim was in the juvenile affairs inspector's office with an accompanying adult.
According to preliminary information, the boy was a victim of bullying and beatings by other children. However, the employee of the Krasnoyarsk Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia made inappropriate statements about the injured boy.
The reason for the police officer's behavior is unknown. However, the publication emphasizes that the Ministry of Internal Affairs considers the inspector's actions an exception to the rule and characterizes the incident as unacceptable behavior.
