The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kemerovo Region has released information that a sentence has been passed on a resident of Novokuznetsk who threw dogs out of a window.
It is reported that the woman committed the crime under the influence of alcohol.
The regional police state: “The criminal has been sentenced to six months of forced labor,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
In addition, 5 percent of the money will be withheld from the offender’s salary.
Punishment for crime
It is emphasized that the criminal, while visiting her drinking buddy, was drinking.
During their conversation, the women had an argument, which resulted in one of them grabbing two dogs that were in the apartment and throwing them from the fifth-floor balcony.
Both animals suffered significant injuries, and veterinarians had to euthanize one of them.
The court ruled that the criminal committed a crime under Part 2 of Article 245 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
