A family of four was admitted to an infectious diseases hospital with symptoms of food poisoning after ordering sushi and rolls.
Two women, a 17-year-old girl and a 10-month-old child, felt unwell during the night and called an ambulance.
Doctors took them to the regional infectious diseases hospital, TASS reports, citing the Lipetsk Region Health Department.
It turned out that the family with the child had ordered sushi and pizza delivery from one of the restaurants in Lipetsk.
After eating the food, they developed symptoms of poisoning. The victims were taken to hospital with suspected food poisoning.
After examination, doctors diagnosed the adults with a moderate condition and the child with a mild condition.
Rospotrebnadzor has begun an investigation into the incident.
Regional administration specialists will check the fast food restaurant where the food was ordered.
