The man was disturbed by the music playing, so he grabbed a knife and went to a children's party. RIA Novosti reports the details, citing the press service of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
This incident occurred near a house on Yemlina Street in Pervouralsk.
It is noted that a celebration for children was taking place in the courtyard. The man did not like the noise, so he decided to go towards the event with a knife in his hands.
According to the press service, the children's parents tried to calm the man down, but he began to show aggression.
They also noted that it was possible to stop the neighbor’s aggressive actions thanks to local residents.
