An incident that took place in Yekaterinburg has become known.
The teacher allowed herself to use force against a student who was disrupting the lesson.
RIA Novosti reports this with reference to information provided by the Sverdlovsk Region Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the department, the incident occurred on December 5 in one of the schools in Yekaterinburg. The number of the educational institution where the incident was recorded is not specified.
An eighth-grade student behaved provocatively and turned on music during class, thereby disrupting it.
The teacher who was teaching the lesson behaved unpedagogically towards her student. When the teacher could not reason with the child, she hit him.
The prosecutor's office is investigating and clarifying all the circumstances of what happened at the high school.
After this, a legal assessment will be given not only to the teacher’s actions, but also to compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation on the protection of the life and health of students.
