A resident of Krasnoyarsk Krai was arrested for beating a child and attempting to poison him. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the regional prosecutor's office.
It is noted that the woman, while drunk, hit her child with a poker and then forced him to drink detergent.
It is also known that the child was helped by his father, who returned from work. He immediately called doctors so that they could provide the victim with the necessary assistance.
According to the prosecutor's office, before this incident the family was on the list of prosperous families.
They also noted that the mother who wanted to kill her son was detained. She will be in custody for 2 months, that is, until September 14 of this year.
