A drunk man attacked two women on the street and began to strangle them.

According to the victims, they were walking down the street when a man suddenly attacked them and used violence. It is noted that for an unknown reason, the attacker tried to strangle them.
As a result, there were no casualties. Thanks to the promptly organized search, the police quickly established the identity of the attacker.
He turned out to be a 36-year-old loader who worked at one of the enterprises in Nizhnekamsk.
The detainee showed signs of alcohol intoxication, however, the man refused a medical examination. He confessed to the crime, however, he could not explain the motives for his actions.
