The regional prosecutor's office's Telegram channel reported that from 2015 to 2024, the mother tortured four minor children.
She withdrew from parenting due to her dissatisfaction with their behavior at home.
Without seeking medical attention, the woman used needles and threads to stitch up the children's wounds that they had received during the torture.
Based on the results of the investigation, prosecutors opened a criminal case.
The woman is accused of torturing children with particular cruelty and abuse.
The children have now been removed and placed in a specialized institution.
