It is noted that the driver faces charges under three articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and a criminal case will be opened against one of the passengers who opened fire on the police under the article on the use of violence against a government official.

The attention of Podolsk law enforcement officers was drawn to a car whose front windows were tinted.
When law enforcement officers demanded that the vehicle stop, the driver behind the wheel actually increased speed.
The police fired a warning shot into the air to stop the reckless driver, but in response, the passenger in the suspect car fired several shots from an object tentatively identified as a firearm.
Law enforcement officers had to shoot at the car's wheels to stop it. The driver lost control and the car flipped onto its roof.
As a result, it turned out that there were six people in the cabin, three of whom were minors. There were no casualties as a result of the incident.
