The defendant in the case has been detained by law enforcement agencies, and the issue of placing the ex-parliamentarian into custody is being decided.
Circumstances of the case
As the investigation found out, in 2018, the CEO wanted to profit from the sanatorium entrusted to him and decided to steal 10 real estate properties belonging to the health resort.
The total cost of these objects was over 31 million rubles, but the director of the sanatorium contributed to their being valued at 10 million rubles.
The defendant involved his wife in his criminal plan, who organized the purchase of these objects at market value. Thus, the defendant caused damage to the health organization in the amount of 20 million 800 thousand rubles.
