Yuri Shefler's Amber Talvis distillery has been arrested.
The alcohol from it was purchased by Latvian companies producing Stoli and Moskovskaya vodka.
The Shefler distillery has been seized following a lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General's Office, RBC reports, citing the Federal Bailiff Service's database of enforcement proceedings.

Also, the arrest was imposed on JSC SPI-RVVK in Kaliningrad and its subsidiary LLC RVVK.
Sources emphasize that Yuri Shefler is the beneficiary of the above-mentioned structures.
The Tambov District Court placed the Amber Talvis distillery under arrest at the end of June.
According to the court's file, the case was filed on June 21, and concerns the suspension or prohibition of activities, as well as the liquidation of organizations, associations and other organizations that are not legal entities.
No other details have been released at this time, except that the writ of execution was issued on June 21.
