Investigators explained what the teenager, for whom Ramzan Kadyrov stood up, is suspected of.
The official representative of the Russian Investigative Committee, Svetlana Petrenko, shared a comment on this topic.
The defendants in the case are 5 teenagers. As it became known earlier, one of them is called Muslim Murdiev.
Because of him and this whole case, Kadyrov criticized the chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, saying that he and the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, “are not in their places.”
Petrenko reported that the teenagers were engaged in hooliganism.
One of the defendants acted as a provocateur: he started a verbal conflict with passers-by, which then escalated into a fight.
His accomplices were "on standby" at that moment. If help was needed, they helped beat up a passerby.
In total, eight people were injured at the hands of the attackers. Seven of them were under 18 years old.
It all took place in Moscow in the Discovery and Aviapark shopping centers, as well as in the Khodynka Field park.
The representative of the Investigative Committee emphasized that law enforcement officers have evidence of the teenagers’ guilt: confessions of suspects, witness statements, and video recordings of crimes.
Law enforcement officers will forward all of this to the court, which will decide on the guilt of the defendants, Petrenko summed up.
