New details have emerged about the high-profile murder of a female taxi driver in Korkino.
Public unrest began in the region as a result of the incident.
This was reported on the Telegram channel of the Chelyabinsk region government.
It is specified that the Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region, Alexey Teksler, has been informed about what is happening in Korkino.
In connection with this, his deputies Aleksey Fartygin and Roman Vollert were sent to the scene of the incident, and forces from the Russian National Guard and the Ministry of Internal Affairs were also sent to calm the public.
Circumstances of the incident
On Wednesday evening, October 23, a terrible discovery was made in the city of Korkino.
The body of a 40-year-old female taxi driver with stab wounds was found in a passenger car. The suspect in the murder has already been detained, the reasons that prompted him to commit this crime remain unknown.
It is noted that the deceased left behind two minor children, to whom the regional government will provide all necessary assistance.
