Tourists made a frightening discovery while on holiday in Sochi.
Details were reported on the Telegram channel of the press service of the Southern Regional Search and Rescue Squad (URSRS).
On Tuesday, July 2, a group of tourists rode an inflatable banana in the waters of the Gorny Vozdukh beach.

They found a man's body about 1.5 km from the shore. An Emergencies Ministry boat with rescuers on board was sent there.
The body was brought to shore and handed over to law enforcement. The identity of the deceased is yet to be established. The preliminary cause of death is drowning.
Reports of incidents involving vacationers on the Black Sea continue to come from Sochi.
Before that, rescuers were looking for a young Russian woman who was carried out to sea by a wave. Her body was later found by rescuers.
Earlier in Sochi, a drunk tourist slept all night on buoys in the sea and miraculously did not drown.
