A conflict between two men ended in a brawl with gas being sprayed.
The press service of the regional headquarters of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs reported this on its Telegram channel.
The suspect has been detained and a criminal case may be opened against him.
Details of the incident
According to the department, the incident in question occurred the day before.
At around 20:20 local time (the same as Moscow time), the police received information that a fight was taking place inside a trolleybus, which at that time was located in the area of Zina Portnovaya Street.
During a conflict between two men, one of the participants in the fight used pepper spray.
Those who arrived at the scene of the incident detained a 21-year-old young man who, according to preliminary information, was the instigator of the conflict.
The 59-year-old victim went to a medical facility and then filed a complaint against the attacker.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the latter under the article on assault.
