The merged company Wildberries and Russ confirmed that some users may have had their orders cancelled early.
They promise to update the order status to the correct one in the near future.
Once the problems have been resolved, you will be able to pick up your orders in the usual way.
The company added that the money for the return shipping of the goods will be returned as soon as possible.
