Sometimes people are under the misconception that there is nothing complicated in washing bed linen.
In fact, if you don’t follow a number of simple rules, even the most beautiful and high-quality sheets will quickly lose their marketable appearance.
Let's figure out what mistakes you probably make when washing sheets and pillowcases.

Mistakes when washing bed linen
Firstly, it is strictly not recommended to wash linen together with other things, especially kitchen towels. As a result, the fibers of the towels become bunched up, which worsens their absorbency, and the thin fabric of the linen becomes more fragile.
Secondly, when washing bed linen, you cannot use harsh detergents. Instead of chemical bleach and conditioner, it is better to resort to natural ingredients such as soda or vinegar.
Thirdly, to make bed linen last longer, it is not recommended to wash it in too hot water: 30-40 degrees is enough.
Fourthly, spinning at 1200 rpm creates creases in the fabric, which also does not contribute to its durability. Therefore, experts recommend spinning at a mode of no more than 1000 rpm.
